The Worksop Half Marathon was established in 1982
when around 1000 runners took part. Over the years it has been voted one of the
UK's most scenic half marathons, taking the runners through the National
Trust's Clumber Park, which has Europe's longest lime tree avenue. This year is
the 44th running of the event (2026)
