Join us this autumn for the ever-popular Welwyn Half Marathon and 10k, which starts and finishes on the impressive 400m athletics track at Gosling Sports Park.
The half marathon takes you out of the stadium and through the leafy outskirts of Welwyn before leading onto the Cole Green Way, a disused railway line transformed into a peaceful, traffic-free path. After a short loop, you'll rejoin the Cole Green Way and follow it back, finishing with a triumphant lap of the track.
The multi-terrain 10k begins alongside the half marathon and shares the same opening 5km, before branching off on its own loop and returning to the stadium for a memorable finish.
Taking place in autumn, the event offers ideal running conditions. The race begins at 9:30am, with a three-hour cut-off time, after which marshals and signage will no longer be available.
