Here's what's coming up on the UK running scene.
The Golden Ball 20 mile and Riverside 10 mile events start and finish at the Trimpell club, They follow the same route until the 10mile turn near the Bay Gateway bridges, the 20 continues towards Caton, back along the quay at Lancaster before returning to the Trimpell Club.
