The Stockport Harriers Boxing Day 5k starts and finishes in Woodbank Stadium and the undulating traffic-free course is on tarmac surfaces crossing Woodbank & Vernon Parks. The facilities include male and female locker rooms with hot showers and toilets and a Tuck Shop for snacks and drinks. There are 3 car parks adjacent to the race route, 2 of which are a 10 minute walk to the registration and start area. 100% of net proceeds go to support Maggies Centre at The Christie Hospital, Manchester
