The Sonning Common 10k is a charity event organised by volunteers to raise money for athletics facilities at Sonning Common Primary School and every entry plays a meaningful role in that ambition.
All proceeds from the event go directly towards this ambition and now in its 4th year, thanks to the dedication of participants and supporters, the project is now within reach. This year's race could be the final push needed to turn the vision of a permanent athletics facility on the school grounds into reality.
The run starts and finishes at Sonning Common Primary School and is a 10k chipped timed course taking runners through the village of Sonning Common before heading out onto quieter country lanes through the beautiful South Oxfordshire countryside.
