If you're after a new goal to train towards, this could be it.
Held over a 5 mile course almost entirely off road and taking in some of the fine scenery the National Forest has to offer. The surface comprises hard packed trails and canal tow paths with some sections of tarmac.While the event is part of the Burton & District Summer League it is very much an open race with anyone aged 16 or over on race day eligible for entry.
