Sign on: Costa in Mooragh Park 18:00, 18:45 for race number collection
Eligibility: Open to all athletes aged 15 or over on the day of the race
Race Start: 19:00 from the Park Road by Ramsey Rugby Club
Race Finish: Outside Costa Water Station: Outside Costa
The event takes place on open roads - ONLY BONE CONDUCTING HEADPHONES ALLOWED.
Fees: £8 attached to an Athletics' Club, £10 unattached, £5 if in full-time education
Refreshments and Presentation: Please stay afterwards for refreshments, at Ramsey Rugby Club with Trophies awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd Male and Female.
Course description:
A 3-lap measured 10km road race, starting adjacent Ramsey Rugby Club. Head north alongside the BMX track towards the main road.
From here turn left and continue along Vollan Crescent (the row of houses), uphill until you reach the junction with Bride Road. Turn left and continue to the junction with the Andreas Road, then turn left again and continue back towards town. Stay on the lefthand side of the road
Run downhill to the bottom of Bowring Road and turn left on to North Shore Road. Turn left again opposite the Paul Deman's and continue along the road by Ballacloan football ground to the park entrance.
Run all the way through the Park, past the tennis courts and playground and then turn back out of the Park and follow the course for 2 more laps finishing in the Park by Costa Coffee Shop.
