A series of low key, approximately 10km multi-terrain races, run over Farthing Downs and Happy Valley in Coulsdon, Surrey. These events are targeted at club and social runners alike, and provide a relaxed introduction to running races longer than a parkrun. They are run on the last Thursday on May, June and July, starting at 7:30.
There are a couple of road crossings as well as two 200m stretches of road but the rest is over undulating trails and fields.
Changing facilities and refreshments are available in the South London Harriers clubhouse which is located about a 10 minute jog from the start.
There are no prizes for the individual races, but prizes are awarded for cumulative times over all 3 events - so you must run the complete series to qualify.
