A coastal 5 mile road race for teams of 4 or more, running as EA
affiliated clubs, groups of workmates, friends, families, gym buddies
and anyone other groups of people who like running!
The Falmouth based course
route starts and ends overlooking Castle Beach, Falmouth, and takes in Pendennis
Point, passes Gylly Baech and loops at Swanpool Beach.
Prizes will
be given to fastest womens teams, fastest mens teams, and fastest mixed
gender team.
Every runner will recieve a quality running top.
