The race, which is open to everyone over the age of 15 years, incorporates the Middlesex County 10km Championship.

To be eligible for the County Championship section of the race, you must be a member of a club that is affiliated to Middlesex County AA, or you must have been born in Middlesex or have resided in the
County for at least 9 months before race day and not have competed in the Championship of another
County in the past competition year.
The race is held In association with Victoria Park Harriers and Tower Hamlets AC (www.vphthac.org.uk). The course is three laps. It is flat and fast and uses traffic free footpaths within Victoria Park, Hackney.
