All athletes are issued with a race number, this is to be kept and worn for the entire series.
Replacement race numbers will be £1.00 each.
Runners are set off in ability related waves, this will be indicated by your race number.
For safety reasons, all under 15's will be set off in the final wave.
As the series progresses, you may be placed in different waves, but only if your ability significantly changes.
Awards to fastest time set by all age groups at the end of the series.
Please consider Timing, Marshalling, or Number Logging at some point if you are unable to run.
